Signal-to-Noise Ratio = (TreatmentN Conversion Rate - Control Conversion Rate) / TreatmentN Standard Error
Confidence = 1 - TDIST(ABS(TreatmentN Signal-to-Noise),(TreatmentN Visitors + Control Visitors - 2),2)
